I think I need to read the stories around the MacBeth play...I serious had NO idea about this stuff!

I love the last panel. Awkward silences are deliciously fun!

The play and all the stuff around it... just awesome. There's so many ways to study and understand it.

The best thing about it is that it's not only saying "accept a good king" to the people of England but it's also a not-terribly-veiled threat to James I about what happens to _bad_ kings. Everything is made very Godly and English in Scotland by the end - so none of that Scottish business had better come south!

If only Charles I had paid attention...
